1. Got the pi sorted out with
2. Headless setup
3. Disable SSH passwords
4. Ethernet only

If you want to disable both wifi and bluetooth on the Pi3, you need to add these 2 lines to */boot/config.txt*. 

  dtoverlay=pi3-disable-wifi
  dtoverlay=pi3-disable-bt

1. Dynamic DNS
2. PiVPN - works well - need to point the dns servers to the house router. Will be fun to try it out from overseas.
3. PLEX - Needs some work and probably underpowered for photos
4. Running
